Our hot honey is made with spring honey, which naturally tends to crystallise more quickly than summer honey. If yours thickens up, just gently warm the bottle to return it to a smooth, runny consistency.

Curious about why honey crystallises? Check out our previous blog post where we explain this natural process in more insight https://www.southlakeshoneycompany.com/post/crystallisation-of-honey

We launched our hot honey on June 21st—and by the very next day, it had completely sold out! šŸ”„šŸÆ
